将buildscript和allprojects repositories更改为：
{ google() jcenter() mavenCentral() maven { url 'https://dl.bintray.com/kotlin/kotlin-dev/' } }

卸载Kotlin插件（首选项>插件> Kotlin>卸载），并使用IDE附带的版本。
改变并尝试
classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.0-alpha04'
至
classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.0.0'
这可能是由于gradle的alpha释放。
这可能是你的情况，kotlin gradle插件与android（2.0.0-alpha6）或alpha5的最新alpha插件不兼容。
在这种情况下，您可以使用2.0.0-alpha3代替。
在build.gradle（Project）中使用下面的kotlin版本，
